Refund or Replacement Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • A replacement will be shipped, based on your preference

This process usually takes 5 to 7 working days after we receive the product.

Conditions for Return

  • All labels, tags, and accessories must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items
